Refund Policy:

At  LNL Loom Natural Lotus For Beauty & Personal Care Requisites Trading LLC SOC (LNL Shop), we take pride in offering carefully curated, high-quality skincare products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we operate a strict no-refund policy, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery.

  1. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or different from what you ordered due to an error from our part.

Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of the issue is required, including clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
  • Incorrect usage of the product
  • Personal preference
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Opened or used products

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged or
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.
